Home-based workouts to boost fat loss

DNA Diet includes a 12-week “Inner Strength” exercise plan with easy exercises to lose weight, which you can do at home. The workouts combine resistance exercise with cardio to help you:

  • lose weight
  • lose more body fat
  • reduce your waist circumference
  • retain or increase muscle mass

Simple routines, equipment free

The workouts featured in our exercise plan follow a simple format: each has 4 exercises that you repeat 3-4 times. It is our goal to provide you with easy exercises to lose weight - right in your home. 

No gear is necessary, however, if you want a more intense workout you can do some of the exercises with a resistance band.

Each workout has a cardio component that you can do indoors on cardio equipment or around your neighborhood e.g. walking.

The exercise plan also features videos of every exercise, so you’re not left guessing. In each video, we demonstrate how to perform the exercise safely and effectively, featuring tips for every level: beginners to advanced.
