If you have a genetic sensitivity to lactose, gluten, salt, caffeine or alcohol we will ensure your weight loss meal plan avoids foods that may impact you.

We also provide tips and insights throughout the meal plan on different aspects of your DNA and how they can support your weight loss.

Each meal comes with nutrition facts, so you know how many calories and key nutrients the meal contains. We currently report on:

Print-friendly PDFs and grocery list

You can access your meal plan at the DNA Diet website or via the iOS DNA Diet Tracker app. We also provide a neatly-formatted PDF so you can print the entire meal plan and keep it handy at work or in the kitchen. The PDF and app also include a grocery list so you can order all the food you need.
