The workouts featured in our exercise plan follow a simple format: each has 4 exercises that you repeat 3-4 times. It is our goal to provide you with easy exercises to lose weight - right in your home.
No gear is necessary, however, if you want a more intense workout you can do some of the exercises with a resistance band.
Each workout has a cardio component that you can do indoors on cardio equipment or around your neighborhood e.g. walking.
